Social Anxiety is extreme shyness in social situations.
Your mouth gets dry and you start to sweat. This doesn't just happen once though; it happens every time you meet new people. Eventually you decide to see a doctor and he prescribes tranquilizers of some kind.
The tranquilisers work to a certain extent but they have side-effects of their own which aren't pleasant and they can lead to addiction.
Don't worry though, there are all sorts of alternative therapies out there, some of which we'll discuss later.
